Client’s Pain Points 1. De-lamination Issue Ink Consumption – Had to use very high viscosity of Ink because of high GSM resulting in higher ink cost 2. Required Water Resistant Product Quality Inconsistency & Durability Our Solution We studied the client’s pain point and replaced normal paper with our non-tear able paper specialized for Conventional offset Printing for the Holy Book Quran. Water and moisture resistant properties of our paper provided longevity & durability to the holy book. Our synthetic paper delivered the best print quality using very low GSM of ink. Hence, it reduced the ink consumption and alleviated the ink cost.
